The sleep mood on the SAP Printer cannot be turned off.

Hi All,

Can any one tell me the procedure to disable sleep mode function on a SAP printer,

I think as result of this we are not able to sucessfully print on the printer.

We are able to issue a print from SAP which says it is sucessfully completed from SAP side,But it dosent get printed on the Issued printer.

It has to be done on the printer. SAP only send the spool request to printer and the printer has to wake up from sleep mode once it receives. If its not waking up, either somethings wrong with the printer or the spool request is not reaching there from SAP.

I believe this is a setting to be done in the printer and not from SAP
