SAPRouter configuration: ping to sapserv3 time out

Hello!!!

Could you please help me?

I try to configure RFC connection SAPOSS.

I need it to install ST-A/PI and use SAP Maintanence optimizer...

On saprouter host command

ping sapserv3

is time out...

Error message from sap system:

trc file: "dev_lg", trc level: 1, release: "700"

Reason is in sapserv3 firewall?

Hi.

Try to connect to sapserv2 instead, with IP address 194.39.131.34, port 99.

You can change these settings in t-code OSS1 -> Parameter -> Techincal settings.

Also, are you sure that the necessary ports are open in your firewall:

<Customer SAProuter> -> 194.39.131.34:3299/tcp

194.39.131.34 -> <Customer SAProuter>:3299/tcp

<Customer SAProuter> -> 194.39.131.34:icmp (echo-reply, type 0)

194.39.131.34 -> <Customer SAProuter>:icmp (echo-request, type 😎
