Product Interchnagebility - SNP

Dear All,

Product Interchangebility is not happening???durring Heuristic RUN.??

Done all setting for the ---Predessor & successor product?

But the Base Unit of measure for succesor is PC and for Predessor is TEN?

Plz help me out to perform the same

Hi Rajesh,

Check

-SNP profile(img): product interchangability is made active

-IC group you created is made relevant for planning and/or planning and atp.

-IC is assigned to active model

-IC is in released state (the green flag)

-Successor product is also included in the CIF. If its an APO only product no issue then.

Check that macros are adjusted/correct if the above key figures are inserted in the dataview

Also be careful abt UoM conversion settings maintaind in product master Vs UoM of planning book Vs. 1:10 or 1:1 interchangability. I mean reconcile UoM at all these levels so that results are not confusing.

the same i have done..

I mean the demand from Product A is Transfering to Product B while heuristic run but the unit conversion is not happening? Ratio of A : B is 1:10

BUom A - TEN

BUoM B - PC

and 1 TEN = 10 PC.

But the while substitution demand of A is Transferd to B = 1 .??? expecting 10 and should show in Alternative UOM too.

Have you maintained PrQuaFact 1 SuQuaFact 10 while defining product interchangeability group?

This defines relation howmany of old product are replaced by how many of new product.
