SAPIDOCReceiver Sample

I am new to using the SAP .net connector and I am searching for the sample code and documentation for the connector. I downloaded the connector from the SAP Marketplace and there doesn't seem to be much documentation or sample code and I really need to write and IDOC receiver.

It does come with samples and detailed documentation, including SAPIDocReceiver:

- Documentation is included as VS-Online help. You may need to turn off all filters to see it in Help->Content.

- Samples are installed e.g. c:\Program Files\SAP\SAP .NET Connector 2.0\Samples.
