You will not be able to find certification documents over there. All you can get is the details about the course offered by SAP and the certifications provided.

If you need documents for certification, you will have to take the course with SAP. Certification documentations are not available for free in the market.

Help.sap documents are available which can give you overview of the portal architecture and administration. But this is not according to the syllabus of certification.
