Hi everybody,
I receive some SRM warnings (yellow icon) on the screen, however some end-users receive the same warning but with a javascript alert !
How can fix this ? I supposed its a browser's client issue ?
Thank you !
REgards,
Diego
Hi Diego,
Javascript alert means there is something wrong in the HTML/Javascript code generated by ITS.
In IE if you defag "desactivate script debug (IE)" in "tools/Internet Options/Advanced" , and restart IE, you should get the alert as your end-user.
Let me know.

Hi Vadim,
Let me clarify this:
- My end-user is getting some SRM warnings, there arent javascript errors.
For Example, they're getting a javascript alert saying "PO Incomplete" (this is just a sample, not a real message). However, most of the users (including me) receive that message but in the SRM screen, not with javascript !
Do you know the cause of this ?
Regards !
Diego
Hello Diego,
We encounter the same thing recently.
Thess error and warning messages in javascript popup instead of line in SRM screen are caused by the "accessibility checkbox" in the logon page:
Accessibility checked --> messages in javascript popup
Accessibility not checked --> messages in SRM pages

Pierre
