Dear All,
We need to restrict the CS category (stocks) from flowing into APO from ECC for a particular storage location in a plant.
Can anyone of you please advice how this can be acheieved? This we need to do only for a storage location and not universally.
If you can let us know the User Exit in CIF using which this can be restricted, it will be useful.
Thanks,
Ashok
Hi Nitin,
The "CS" Category stock (Transit stock) is created when Movement type 641 is done against a delivery before doing the final 101.
We are exploring if we can get this filtered before being CIF to APO based on source storage location and plant, In the CIF enhancement for stocks in IT_STOCK structure we get only the destination plant + Material + Qty for CS category stocks.
Can you please let us know if we can filter based on the source location data before going into CIF itself?
Regards,
Ashok

Hi ,
You can explore the exit EXIT_SAPLCSTK_001 on the R/3 side which is called in the FM CIF_STOCK_APO001_MAP_2.
As you are doing the movement against the delivery , you can surely find out the source storage location based on the delivery document , if these details are not captured in standard. You can by pass the further processing if your condition of source storage location (explored from delivery doc) is met.
Better to do it on R/3 side before sending it to APO.

Hi ,
You can use the cutomer exit in the inbound stock FM of CIF in APO i.e /SAPAPO/CIF_STOCK_INBOUND.The enhancement APOCF011 can be used to filter out the stock types that you need to exclude.I think this information will be in the structure it_stock.

Hi Nitin,
Thanks for the Info.
We have checked this, actually we need to restrict the stock type (Goods in Transit) category CS only from a particular storage location.
In it_stock we do not have the source plant and the storage location fields present, to filter out the stocks of a particular location.
Can you pls suggest any alternate way.
Regards,
Ashok
