errr in full installation

i have an error in fullinstallation step

the register data fields are grayed and suppressed

can any 1 asist me??

hi

pls check all ur basic settings necessary for making register type full installation like rate determination,and in installation in spro tere is a setting where u allocate registerlevel instalation and device level remove device level in ur case

let me know if u have checked?

then i guess u have som e issues with ur register if u have given a register gruop with any interval length remove that interval length and try??

i hope it should work since registers used for interval leghth cant be used in normal scenario i guess u have some value in interval legth

yes raj you are right its 15 here in interval leghth and i removed it it works
