Hai gurus,
In my routing i have the following flow.
a) opn 10 production
b) opn 20 inspection with two insp characteristics
c) opn 30 production.
So first i had confirmed the opn 10, in doing that a QM lot is created which is selected from T.C = QA32
and i had done result recording and UD for the two insp characteristics and later confirmed the opn 20,
then i had confirmed the opn 30 and done GR, but the stock is assigned as quality stock.
i want to know whether my sequence of operation is correct, if so how the stock is allocated to qm stock
and i want to know , how to move this QM stock to unrestricted stock.
with regards,
sekar chand
Dear,
Yes you are right.
Go to QA32
Slect the Lot
Click on UD
Give the UD as A
Then go to 3rd tab post the Insp Qty to Unrestrictred stock.
After given UD, it is not possible to reverse the lot.
please check if the note 33924 Reversing the UD helps resolve the issue with the ud made, furthermore then note 175842 Inspection lot: Reversal of goods movements from UD concerning the goods movement.
Please rfer this thraed also,
Regards,
R.Brahmankar

Dear Sekarchand,
I hope you are using inspection type 03 - In-process inspection for a production order
Use T Code QA32 to clear the inspection lot and using 321 move it from quality to unrestrcited use
stock.

Hello Mr Mangal,
Thanks for your quick reply, but i want to confirm that when we do in process inspection whether the stock will
go to quality one instead of unrestricted one.
Also i had already done GR for the matl, if i want to move from quality stock what is the TC.
regards,
sekar chand
