How to go about Printer Management

Hi all,

PLease let me how to go about printer managemt in a huge project with 1000 users.

We can put it in 3 phases.

1. Requirememt Gtahering

2. Architecture defination

3. Implimenting it in SAP

Well i have gone through all SAP help documents. But still I am not clear how to go about it.

What should be the details i need to finalize architeture and how printer defination and testing should be done.

Can anyone also provide some templates or formats for it.
