POC on Project Definition Level

Hi to all,

I've a problem with aggregation of any kind of POC (Plan, Actual, Adjusted) in PDEF (Project definition) level in progress analysis reports like CNE5, as well I want to know is there any way to assign a "progress version" in PDEF level like WBS or not?

If not so what are the common ways which we can report the progress of entire project?

I'd really appreciate if any one could help me.

But I should mention that all you suggest to me we have just now and all about "WBS" and maybe the highest level WBS element. my problem is regarding "PDEF" and not about having aggregations on higher "WBS" because we have more than one highest level WBS element.

I want to have POC aggregation amount on PDEF level,...

Hi.

I also want to attain aggregated POC at PDEF level.

however i have'nt been able to do so til now.

i suggest is to create A SINGLE WBS at level 1 so that it will have same effect as PDEF level.

therefore all the aggregated POC here is for the entire project. it is my workaround.

if anyone could suggest how to get POC at PDEF level kindly give tip on how to do it.

If you have not run CNE1 for the project progress determination first run CNE1. Than run report CNE5 it should give you report values if your customisation is correct.
