Calculation in Pricing Procedure

Hi All,

I have a requirement like this.

Need to calculate Price ZPOP just for display in the conditions.

ZPOP = ZR00 (Selling Price) - ZTRA (Transport Cost) - Agency Cost (ZIAC) - Cutting Cost (ZCCL) - ZADC (Additional Cost) - ZOPT (output Cost) - ZFRP (Freight Cost).

I can add up all the costs into a subtotal field but *how should i substract it from the selling price (ZR00)?*

Hi Abid

All the 'cost' condition types you can set the condition class as 'A' (discount and Surcharge) and in from coloumn give ZR00 step number and also tick Statistical. This will reduce all the cost from you price, Add another step for subtotal which will have the value after subtracting.

For ZPOP from coloumn give the subtotal step no. this carry the vaule to ZPOP.

Stp Cty Frm Stat

10 ZR00

20 cost1 10 >

30 cost2 10 >

40 cost3 10 >

50 subtotal

60 ZPOP 50

suggest u create new price type for add ZTRA ZIAC ZCCL ZADC etc. and set the new price type propertity of Plus/minus is X.

then in the price process you can use zr00 minus new type price.

Hi Abid,

If this is your scenario you want to carry out always then you have to make some changes.

Go to V/06 and select your condition type ZTRA, ZIAC, ZCCL, ZADC, ZOPT, ZFRP and click on detail

In that you will find Plus/minus in that select negative and save it.

Do this changes for all your condition type mention except ZPOP and ZR00.

Now in pricing procedure give the subtotal for condition type ZPOP to add all condition type.

It will give you the total price of ZPOP after subtracting all the condition with ZR00.

If you want to do for one time process then it is not possible.

Because SAP only do the addition not subtraction.

Try out it will work
