Help needed for PDFDocumentRuntimeException: Failed to UPDATEDATAINPDF

Dear Experts,

i m working on OnlineInteractiveFormView when i met with the following problem:

While processing the current request, an exception occured which could not be handled by the application or the framework.

Root Cause

The initial exception that caused the request to fail, was:

When you are trying to launch the URL, are you using the ADSUser and password?

i solved it by changing the host to another host. i didn't actually "solved" the error, what i did was just changing the host to a host that had already been configured correctly. sorry i m not of much help..

thank you for all your help, but i think there is someting wrong with either the configuration or the server. after i change the host to another one, the problem is solved.

Dear Kevin,

Yes, i m using the ADSUser and password, and i tried testing using the Web Services

Navigator, it works fine with the Web Services Navigator. I have also tried re-configuring

the whole ADS a few times, but to no avail.

check the ADS configuration normally this error is coming because of the ADS configuration error.
