Deleted Shopping cart error

Hi,

We have an error with the deleted shopping carts. When we create a shopping cart and click order , based on the value of the cart it goes to the approver . Now we delete the shopping cart and the shopping cart is not supposed to be shown in the approver worklist but it still does have an entry in the approver worklist. Do need to check the notification settings ???

HI

In the WF, for initial creation of SC system has triggered one WF. It is in the approvers inbox for approver. mean while you deleted the cart. Here you see between these two events creation and deletion. Here the approver has not seen the cart yet. Even if see wants to approve the cart then system show as docment deleted. If the approver want to delte the work item from his inbox . please see the soluation below.

For entering your Enterprise buyer box, Please refer to the attached document. Follow the path SRM Purchaser--> Go Shopping --> Shopping cart per product as shown in page 1. Enter command "/nSo01" in the field after Menu.This will take you to your Business workplace (i.e. Inbox). .You can now select them and delete them Using the delete icon.Please let me know if you need any additional help.

Hi Kalyan,

You are correct.it is standard behavior. for eg. you can test it again like delete a cart via check status and see in a worklist it must disappear. How did you delete the cart. can you share?

We have the same case the user has deleted the shopping cart

but the approver can see this shopping cart in his inbox.

since the approver may not have access to the Enterpise buyer so how can he delete the SC

is there any other way to delete it from the approvers inbox.
