Funds Reservation on Shopping Cart

We are on SRM 5.0 Extended Classic Scenario and have configured the account assignment category for WBS element to include Funds Reservation. The corresponding Funds Reservation field has been flagged as an optional entry under Account Assignment Category Project in the backend R/3 system.

However, when creating a shopping cart, the Funds Reservation field is still not displayed. Am I missing some configuration step to allow this field to appear on the Shopping Cart account assignment detail area?
