there are only 2 extension sets:

1.10 (or 110)

2.00 (or 200)

that's it.

SAP has skipped 1.00.

Atil is wrong. SAP 4.7 Ext Set 1 never existed.

You are using:

SAP R/3 Enterprise 4.7 Ext Set 1.10

Hi Selvan

Follow the below steps to find out SAP 4.7 Ext set:-

Step 1:-Menu System---> status

Step 2:- Click on component version in system status screen. It will show you software components.

Check for the EA-HR, EA-APPL ,EA-...., software version release . If these software version release is 100 then it is SAP 4.7 Ext 1 and if the release is 200 then it is SAP 4.7 Ext 2.

Best Luck,

Atil

Hello,

Yes you need to use upgrade DVDS.

Can you answer the following:-

1.What is the Ext set for your SAP 4.7?

2. Is your system unicode or non-uncode.

3. Check the upgrade path from 4.7 to ECC 6.

Please check upgrade path from SAP 4.7 to ECC 6.0

If you are on SAP 4.7 Ext set 1 then you will have to upgrade to SAP Ext set 2 first.

If your system is non-unicode you will have to perform dual upgrade that is unicode+upgrade or you can

do it seprately. First unicode migration and then upgrade.

Good Luck,

Atil

This is not true. You can upgrade from SAP 4.7 Ext set 1 to ECC 6.0.

If you system single code page you can upgrade to SAP ECC 6.0 to non-unicode.
