How to archive SAP Script output

Hello all ,

I am stuck with a problem for archving the SAP Script output. Script output is going to spool from a batch program (F.2B tcode) and now user want to archive it for future reference. Since archive button ( Spool -> Print with different parameters -> archive button) is not enable for smartform and script.

I have seen SAPnote 528317 regarding script arciving but after passing parameters in OPEN_FORM as described in this note , still no archiving is there . Can any one help me in this regard ?

Solution can be any one of these approaches..

1. Archiving manually by going to spool -> print with diff parameters -> archive button

2. changes to standard F.2B and then made Z program and archive the script program as program runs.(Described in SAP note).

Please guide me with this.

Hi Neha ,

Thanks for help , but this is not my req actually. I need to archive the script output to the archive server already configured to the SAP system. But still , archive button is not enable and also I cannon archive it diretly specifying the archive parameters in OPEN_FORM.

any other solution do you have ?
