look in table PRPS the old WBS with new name must be there

you should be able to rename it using CJ20N or CJ02 in the change mode as usual

Hi Pal,

As this WBS element is already changed once , so it cannot be changed to the old wbs no. again. Can you tell me how to revert the changes made to original wbs.

when you say it cannot be changed to the old one - what do you mean is the system stopping you ??

As I could not replicate your scenario, But This type of things happens only when first you change the WBS elemetns from I-123 to I- 321. & than after again you create one more WBS element I-123 in same project or in other project, after this if you try to change the I-321 to I -123 at that time system gives this type of error.

you can check the enteries in PRPS table in field POSID.

Is there any way to recover the changed wbs element, or atleast any way to change wbs to its original no.

PRPS table is no showing any wbs element that has been changes.
