The following error comes while creating a billing document through VF01.

What should i do?

billing element is defined on the WBS and not the network - network is for costing only no revenues

I also want to overcome this error in my IDES. I have referred the note, however no improvement. Kindly suggest what exactly I can make changes so to get rid of this error in my IDES.
