Network release

Dear experts,

Can any tell me,

Is their any procedure to control Network release.

My req:

Who is the responsible person for whole Profit center he can release.

I think once you set up a project then it is upto the project managet to decide when to release the network or the activity irrespective of what profit centre it relates to

the posting will ofcourse update the profit centre accounting to give the profit centre manager the complete picture, but that would only be a part of the project

Actually I want to give authorization to PMu2026or ..Profitcenter head.

Because as soon as project has been created supervisor will create PRQu2026without

informing to SCM.or PM(Project manager) so we want to control.

I would use user status to control and disallow creation of PRQ till the object has been released. Then you can decide whoever either the PM or the PCtr head to release the object to execute the project.

I feel this can be achieved with Authorisation / Role. Experts please we have more updates on it.
