Hi,

I have DEV is domain and quality and production are other two systems in the domain.

my question is, Using TMS dev export the data to qty for testing if qty wants to update the data then how do the dev. system can import that data from qty.In TMS is it posible to import the data from one system another system in a domain.

If while testing you find an error then you need to create a new transport in dev with the fix and transport it to QA.

Deepak,

Few points for you..

1. if there is any correction in transport then modify it in Dev create a new transport request and transport it to DEV.

2. Quality system is not open to changes but still if you want to do modification in Quality system then you have to open system for that.

a. After releasing your request on Quality you can go to OS level n copy the corresponding Co file and data file from \usr\sap\trans\data and \usr\sap\trans\cofile and paste it in new system (May be Development or system in any other domain).

b. Go to STMS add the transport to target system and import it.

Please make change in DEV system so QAS is Consistent.

U can not do it using STMS at r/3 level ... as if u release (export) the request, it will be for Prod. system.

But u can try : copy data & co files generated after releasing request for Qua, put in trns directory of Dev & import it using tp command. ... not 100% sure but might work.
