Hi Experts,

How to configure the email alert message for Contract Status (e.g. expiring) in SRM?

Kindly identify the standard program and form if any...

Hi Salem,

SRM IMG: SAP Implementation Guide  Supplier Relationship Management  SRM Server  Cross-Application Basic Settings  Event and Event Schema for Alert Management  Define Event Schema.

I believe you have create a new a event schema for BUS2000113 and you can define your event here and dead line also.

then click event control new entry GOING_TO_EXPIRE(depends upon your requirement) and event category for eg. Alert high and deadline hours 12 .

But how about the message the will be displayed in the email that will be sent?

Do we have a program or form that can be modified in case we need to do some customization?

Hi Salem,

Check this report too RSALERTPROC..

Explore in tcode ALRTCATDEF go to SRM Alerts and go to ALERT category SRM_CONTRACT and go to container click here you may get some message / log text short text. take help from tech resource he will guide you how to see alert message.
