Dear Experts,

I have one scenario,

For ex.

If a customer has gave an order .

He wants to Demolish his building.

And construct new building.

Conditions: Customer he is not going to pay for demolishing.

:He will pay only after completion 50% of new building.

In this type can any explain, how much effectively we can use PS MODULE.

Hi

Project system can cater to this requirement. infact it is better supported by PS.

Although you are not going to get any receive any revenue to demolish old building.. certain cost will be involved as a part of your expediture and needs to be captured.

While construction of new buliding..it can be a customer type of project wherein you receive sales order and then start the execution. Use milestone billing for revenue and POC tracking

Use only one project structure and create a separate WBS for demolition to capture expenses or else create a new project.

Yes i understood the concept the new building concept.

For demolishing....i will create new project.....in this (only expenses will available).

How i can close the project?

Can u plz explain me indepth scenario of capture expense.....

Hi

As process of demolition will be a expense type of project.. you can settle it to the cost center.

While in new construction project you can settle it against profitabilty segments.
