No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator

Hi All ,

We are getting the error " No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator

"the while creating and changing the Purchase order .

I can see the only SWB_COND only one workflow is active one that is "Workflow Without Approval for PurchOrder "

The conditions are specified below

( &EC Purchase Order.Previous Doc. Type& = BUS2201 and

&EC Purchase Order.POTotalValue& <= 5,000.00 )

or

( &EC Purchase Order.Previous Doc. Type& NX

&EC Purchase Order.POTotalValue& < 1,000,000,000.00 )

Event type link is active for these are :

Type Event Receiver type

BUS2201 CHANGEVERSIONSAVED WS14000075

BUS2201 SAVED WS14000075

Can you please provide me any pointer please .

Hi Vijay,

Try by removing the start condition &EC Purchase Order.Previous Doc. Type& = BUS2201 and then test the workflow. I think there could be an issue with this condition.

Also check the binding between the workflow and the event. Save and activate your workflow and then test the same.

Make sure the event linkages are active after making the changes.

Hi Vijay,

AS per your requirement i think u need the w/f to trigger on PO change or PO creation..

there is a document on SAPTECHNICAL.com..

please check that...go to business workflows->tutorials-> (new) WF trigger on PO change.

in your start condition

&EC Purchase Order.Previous Doc. Type& NX ...<no operator is there for this condition>

&EC Purchase Order.POTotalValue& < 1,000,000,000.00 )

if ur working with PO- purchase orders - try BUS2012..

rest u can find the document on saptechnical.com...i have given u the path..

What are the WFs are activated for the Purchase order in SWE2. if you have more than one workflow we may check it up on starting conditions?
