reg : Interim patches

Hi all ,

Need info regarding the interim patches to be applied for oracle 10.2.0.2 for solaris 64 bit sparc machines for netweaver 2004s sr 3 java standalone system.I had gone thru the notes 871096 and 839182.

But i was not able to understand exaclty what patches to be applied.Can anybody help on this .Thanx in advance .

I do think the note 871096 is clear.

You must apply ALL patches from the note that apply to your Operating System.

Currently there are listed 59 patches.

From those there are a few that are optional (marked with (*opt) ), you choose if it is relevant to your system

There are also some that are Operating system specific (marked with (*P) ), you have to check if they are for your OS (install them) or for another different (do not install them)

Finally, all the rest. they should be installed
