lot Cancel

Hi,

I have Done GR for which lot has been created, while cancelling the same the lot is not getting cancelled. what could be the reasons.

In the Purchase oder

Acct assgncateg is ( P)

Text item category is (S)

Hi,

You may cancel it simply give a UD to it then go to 'QA12' ->Enter the Inspection Lot no>Usage decision (at the menu bar)---> Functions ---> Cancel Lot -

> SAVE it. Thus your inspection lot can be cancelled.

no error message, system is not cancelling the lot when 102 is done.

Hi Sreenivas,

SAP will not cancel the insp lot when you reverse the GR with 102....... you need to cancel the lot in QA02...

Hi,

The lot is cancelled from MIGO with referance to the document N and if i do cancellation from MBST also the lot is not getting cancelled.

REL , but no result recording done,as the material is having the Task list it it has come to release state .
