problem in printing lables

hi all

I have one issue like this

Customer reported that 2 printers are acting strangely. They don't print out labels when the user wants them too and then they print out double labels. This is causing a slowdown on the production line.

Printer Info:

1) SEGA851PR

2) SEGA052

so i want to know if this is problem with coding or problem with script

or it is just a configuration problem .

who should handle this issue abapers or basis people

i really dont know how to proceed with this. plz help me

it seems this problem is related to ur printer configuration ..

contact ur basis people ....

this will resolve ur issue

Hi,

I think this is not related to Coding in Script ,it seems to be a Configuration problem,so consult your Functional Guys for this.
