Unable to extract data from ECC

Hello All,

I have an IDES ECC 6.0 and BI7 installed in my company. It was all working fine till 2 days back. but now when the BI consultants are trying to extract data from ECC to BI, it is showing an yellow status which is just processing for hours together. sometimes it shows 0 records extracted. Sometimes is shows more number of records where those many are not contained in ECC itself. Please...i invite your valuable inputs.

Hi

Pls do the following

1. Make a test connection in the Source system in BW System in RSA1> Source Systems> R3 System name

2. Check if there is any issue in RSA6 in R3 Servers

3. Check whether the SM59 Connection to the R3 Servers are working fine
