Error in commmunication Channel

Hi Experts,

having an issue in my communication channel:

Messege processing failed:Cause:.com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.Recoverable exception:Error when getting an FTP connection from connection pool:com.sap.aii.af.service.util.concurrent.Resourcepoolexception:unabel to create new pooled resource:connect exception:connection refused:connect.

.

Another error that i got was

Error occured while connecting to the FTP server xxxxxxxxx.xx.java.netconnection exception:connection refused connect.

Pls tell me , what can be the probable reason for this kind of the errors

Hi Arnab,

Apart from above said, check the connection to FTP Server by using the ping FTP IP address in the cmd command. If it is connecting to FTP server then you can check the your parameter in the FTP server.

Also try to restart the FTP Server andy try the same.

check the no# of session it allows to connect. ?

increase the max connection limit in FTP server?

Please tell me where can this settings be seen/ changed? I checked the communication channel, and didnt find any such options!

Hi,

This depends on the FTP server you have setup. Goto particular FTP server configuration tab (may be different for different FTP) and check in configuraion under connection or interface. You will find the max no. of connection.

1 Try direct open your FTP using URL, to check network issue.

2 Try to change Directory Path with '/' and '\' in Communication Channel.

Hi,

for the first error, increase the max connection limit in FTP server.

and for second error,it is seen in communication channel monitoring when you stop the FTP server mannualy and File CC keeps on polling.
