We have a problem with uninstallation of MCD on the mobile device.
We upload the MCD (.sda file) of our application with the new changes to the middleware and try to update it also in the client. To perform it, we produce the uninstallation of the current application and after that installation of the same application that already contains the performed changes. To make the unsinstallation of the current application, we perform synchronization with the client. The application is removed from the client but in the admin screen it is still in the "uninstallation pending" state.
When we perform the installation, nothing is installed and the state is not changed. When we check the inbound queue, we see that there is NO_PARAMETERS_SENT exception and it's impossible to unlock it or to repair it somehow. So we delete the pending LUW (the tackled queue) abd perform recover device. It doesn't help, so in order to solve the problem we try to perform reinitialization of the device.
When we make a synchronization with the client after it, in order to register it one more time, we get "Login failed. Device id or physical id invalid" error message. From this point, the only thing that we can perform is to completely unistall the client and install it one more time from the beginning. As you understand, it's impossible to work this way...
What can be the problem? Are we missing something? Maybe there are some useful notes (we are in the SP6 of Mobile 7.1)?
