and also want to know whether there is a test question papers available for looking forward for certification.

Theres more bad news for you(apart from the Intellectual Property Rights Violation).. SAP hasnt yet reached out to the Ants Governing Body yet. Apparently SAP considers the Ants Body as a... well... small market. Sorry
