No R/3 PO number in follow on documents

Hello,

Running ESC SRM 5.0

After a new service pack, the data in the follow on documents tab of the PO item does not get updated after creation of the PO in Backend.

Normally you get the info saying "po number in backend", but I don't. I am sure that the PO exists in backend.

Also if I do GR on this PO in backend, I do not get the confirmation number in the SRM PO.

The clean req req and bbp get status are running as they should, and there is no error i RZ20

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Hi ,

Hope that you have noticed follow on documents via CHECK STATUS in SC.It must updated via BBP_GET_STATUS* job. please debug the bbp get status program If you could not find confirmation details in the SC follow on document .
