Need Help on CHaRM Issue !!

Hi All,

We have successfully configure CHaRM and everything is going ok if we create a new project and try to transport.But We have a existing Project in SOLMAN for our ecc system,that has some Transport requests in Development Server. We want to move that transport requests using CHaRM only.For that we need to create a Task list to get the ACTION PAD.But we are not able to create Task list for this Existing Project.

Error:
Solution Manager and Change Request Management are not consistent.

Diagnosis
The settings in Change Request Management do not correspond to the settings in Solution Manager: The projects of the Change and Transport System (CTS projects) for the Solution Manager project ZCBF_BANDN are different.

System Response
The system does not allow you to complete the task list.

Procedure
Go to the central configuration tool of Change Request Management and synchronize the configuration.

Can we transport request using CHaRM in this scenario?

As already a CTS project has been created in dev server with this name.

Please Suggest How to Proceed?

Hi Felipe,

Iam also facing the same problem. Is it like we have to create a new cts project or the CTS configuration has to done once again.

OR anyother setting in charm configuration.

Request you to guide on this..

Settings -> Change Request Management -> Standard Configuration ->

Transport Management System

Those activities are required in order to have Change Request Managment.
