Price update after billing

Hello gurus,

We work on IS-OIL and NON-ISOIL materials.

For IS-OIL material When I create sales order ->do PGI and billing and then go back to sales order , change the quantity to higher quantity, the price gets changed.

Similar thing when I do for NON-ISOIL material , there is no impact i.e the price donot change.

In both the cases the UPDATE button on the pricing screen in greyed out.

Has anybody faced this problem and got the solution.

Dear CASIMER

No idea about IS-OIL but for other industries, you can update the pricing in sale order only if you have not generated a subsequent document. If you have generated a subsequent document, the same can be updated in billing only and that too if no accounting document is generated.
