On FPL9 how do I retrieve an Account Info or Payment form from the archive?

We are in the middle of developing the application form for account information, so that our users via transaction FPL9 (menu: Environment --> Generate Account Info) can create an account info to send to the customer.

However, there is no icon on FPL9, where you later can click in order to retrieve the letter from the archive. We have this icon available on other transactions (EA40, FPM3 and FPR3).

Does anybody know if I should activate something to get this icon?

Hi Dorte,

Generate Account Info or Payment Form will be active when you display basic list.
