Error in SDM while deploying EAR file

Hi all,

We are getting an error in SDM tool while deploying EAR file.

The SDM will now start SAP Web AS Java instance processes in order to perform online deployment. After that the deployment will proceed.

SDM could not start the J2EE cluster on the host iwdfvm2160! The online deployment is terminated. There is no clutser control instance running on host iwdfvm2160 which is described in SecureStorage . Go to visual admin

Server ->Services->Secure Storage

Stop amd restart this service.

Either the host name cannot be determined or your server is not running. I would suggest to restart entire XI box. Have you changed the SDM password recently?

Hi Prateek,

Yes i guess my basis guys had reset the server and SDM password also been changed when i compare with earlier SDM password.

Its already there.In host file we have checked hostname was there.
