Hi .......

I Defined X,y,x, Distribution CHannel and 1,2,3,4,5,6, Divisions............

And i did Sales Related Assignment.......

When iam Trying to Create Customer master.........System not allowing to create Customer Master

Message: Sales area ERSO 01 02 is not defined for customers

Dear Venky,

Hope, you have already maintained:

Common Dist. Channel: VOR1

Common Division: VOR2

Assignment: Division --> Sales Org: OVXA

Assignment: Distr. Channel --> Sales Org: OVXK

Set Up: Sales Area: Overview: OVXG

Please check the same, if not.

OVAM Ref. Dist. Chanl.

OVAN Ref. Division

Hi

A lot of things have to be checked

VOR1 have you defined common distribution channel

VOR2 have you defined common divisions

OVAO combine sales orgs?

OVAM combine distribution channels?

OVAN combine divisions?

OVAZ assign sales area to sales doc types?

All these 6 are important img activities

If you do all these you can create a cust and and sales doc type and sales order for that customer

Your error pertains to VOR1 and VOR2

Have you made the relevnt assignments in Assign sales area ? if so have a relook, the system si not finding a entry in that area

also another area to look is the sales and distribution > master data>

assign common distribution chaneels and common division

Check sales area assignment ERSO 01 02 has been made or not.
