How to reset skip lot?

We have moved a number of materials to a new plant and wish to reset the skip lot counter so it starts again.

ie. the part in plant a is on skip lot, currently skipping inspection.

Part is now in plant B (new physical location as well) and we want to inspect again at the beginning and let the skip to start after 10 good receipts (as in our plan)

Our question is how can we reset the skip lot counter (there must be one?) back to 0?

I think if the material is new to the plant and the inspection must be starting afresh only.

But neways if want to change the stage of dynamic modification you can go to QDL2 and change the next stage as the first one.

Dear Cooper,

Since materials are Moved to new plant, create one more plant specific inspection plan and assign the Dynamic modification rule and select at Inspection lot level. Maintain the required settings at DMR.

You create necessary MICS. Then assign MISC to inspn plan in QP01.

For those MICS, which needs inspection every lots (Critical char. check), do not enter dyn mode rule.

For those that need skip types inspection, say inspect first lot if OK than skip rest 29 lots

Assumption (1 lot per day, so 30 lots per month) for this you need to create rule using QDR1 and assign the rule in to the specific MIC in the inspection plan characterics overview.

Also plan header needed to be populated for dyn rule level at characeristics level and rule.
