SRM 7.0 Install

I am needing to install SAP SRM 7.0. I have the SAP SRM Server Media List Guide, but when I go to https://websmp107.sap-ag.de/swdc none of the file for SAP SRM 7.0 are available. Can someone please assist me with the path to download SAP SRM 7.0 or a release date for the software.

as far as i know SRM 7.0 is still not available as general release for the customers , please check.

that might be the reason why the documentation is not available...

Per SAP, SAP SRM 7.0 will be available Q1 of 2009
