Hi gurus
In legacy,We have a situation in which group of people are using same pcard.is it possible to assign same P-card to group of people.
In the EBP procurement card master ,under card-parameters,I was able to assign only one user.
Is it that only one person is allowed to be assigned to an individual card in SRM.
Meaning, two persons canu2019t share the use of one card. However, a single
person is allowed to have two (or more) individual cards assigned to them.
Please advise
Regards
Kii

I doubt that a single PCard can be assigned to multiple users since the card is auto generated once a PO is approved. It will also not, in all probability be applicabel to more than 1 single PO.

Hi KII,
Since I am not a techy, I cannot give you the finer details. As a functional user, it is best not to assign one card to multiple users, since accountability gets watered down, and will lead to confusion. Also, it will be upto the vendors' discretion then how many times he wants to use that card. Usually the function of a PCard is exactly that....to thwart unnecessary spending, and depending on the requestors' profiles, a ceiling will be imposed by way of limiting the PCard.
