Hi ALL,
would like to make all the pricing conditions ina grey mode while creating the billing document in VF01 itself, so that the user can not change any conditions....is it possible to do that, could anybody suggest a exit or any other way to do overcome this issue.
Thanks & Regards
Navs

Hi Navs,
You can use the exit USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION to do that.
Thanks,

Hi,
You can create a screen variant or transaction variant.
Transaction code is SHD0.
Here you can enter transaction code & can set the required fields as non modifiable.

Dear Navs,
You just maintain the copy control settings like this,
Go to VTFL transaction then select your delivery and billing document type then go in to the item level settings here you find Pricing type field you maintain this field as D -Copy pricing elements unchanged.
Note:- Make sure that Required condition types filled in the sales order itself, either maintaining condition records or by entering manually.
I hope this will help you,

Murali.

my copy controls are having the same settings and the conditions types are maintained accordingly.
freight, insurance, commission conditions are header conditions maintained manually.
when i come to create billing document screen if i click on conditions and see i can edit the conditions there which is not required in creation mode itself.

Hi,
I don't think that pricing conditions are in editable mode once you go into VF01 oveview screen -> item conditions... You only have the option of Update Pricing.
