LM60 and ergonomy.

Hello,

We face different cases of issues with the ergonomy of LM60:

1. in the first field, the systems waits for a TAB instead of a ENTER

as usual. As our handheld is customized with ENTER, this creates a

problem for the user.

2. after an inventory of one bin, the cursor comes in the verification

field instead of the bin field, so, it is more complex for the user to

understand what he has to scan.

3. when the user scans twice a HU, the systems displays the details

screen (as the F5 function). This is more complex for the user as well.

All this discrepancies with the ergonomy of the LM60 makes the use of

this transaction more difficult to use.

Is there anyone who has a solution or a workaround to this lack of ergonomy ?

Kind regards,

Seb

Hi,

1.I have used LM59 transaction & faced no problem. It is difficult to understand me your requirement, unless & until I see the scenario I can not comment. But I would suggest take a help of technical person & show him/her your problem. In RF there is a kind of Enter functionality which technical person can address. This technical person who have worked on RF functionality will be the right person or else have to explode.

2.For the second issue technical person has to debug to check why system is taking to verification field instead of bin field. After each scanning system has to take to original field of the screen. There must be bug for this issue.

3.F5 displays the details as per the standard provided by SAP. If you want to see particular fields or make it user friendly then you have to design your own screen for that. For this then you have to development & then it will be Z transaction.

There is no such solution what you are talking about but can be designed as per the requirement.

Hope these inputs will direct you towards your requirement.
