The status of the spools is '-' .I have checked in the users profile that output immediately option is enabled.But still the spools go into thhis stsus.Any inputs to how to print these spools.?
Check SPAD
Check printer Setting are correct i.e. it is sending request in proper format
if the job is big & depending on configuration it'll take time.

You should take note of the following:
1- The device type you have set must be correct.
2- Choose the correct printing mode .. i.e. F, G, L, etc.
3- Try accessing the printer (if remote) for example:
printserver : Sometimes it is not accessible if its asking for an authentication at OS level.

Which access method have you used to configure your printer ? Frontend Printing , Local printing ? etc

The status of the spools is '-' .
This means that the Spool request has not yet been sent to the host spool system (no output request exists)

Are you sure that the output device assigned/used by the user is properly configured? Is it for that user alone or for all the users using that output device?
