question about SRM Workflow

Hello

I'm working on a SAP SRM implementation

and I am facing the following problem.

【system】

SRM 5.0

【sinario】

classic sinario

【Workflow】

We changed the start condition for

Workflow WS10000060 (Workflow without

Approval)

【Result】

But when we complete a shopping cart smoothly,

the status comes up to be 'awaiting approval',

so we can not do purchasing then.

【Error Message】

Work-item　000000191851：Object '6500005539'

Method 'SETRELEASED' can't be performed.

Would you please tell me how to set the

conditions of workflow?

First of all , Thank you for your answer!

We have tried the ways you told us .

【Action1】

We changed statuse for workflow via BS22, but we still can't solve the error.

It comes up to be the same result.

【Action2】

We have tried to open Note 1172297 .

But that seems to be either in reworking or is released internally only, so we can't read it.

Would you please give me some information about Note 1172297?

And are there any other ways for us to solve the problem?
