Basic problems with Functions and .NET

Hello.

I am trying to get something really basic and simple to work and not having any luck.

I have a function and try to drag and drop it over to the proxy design view and I keep getting an error:

INFO: using logging implementation "ATI Logging"

Exception thread "main" com.sap.ui.upload.LoginException$WrongPassword: Invalid user\password combination.

I have tried another account and same thing. I would think that since I see the function I should be able to add it. But I might need other permissions or something? I know i am logged in (via the Server Explorer) as I see it in SAP.

Anyone have any clue on this?

Thanks.

Yeah, that did not do it.

See the Server Explorer is logged on and I can see the function. It is when I drag it onto the proxy that I get that error. I can see that I am logged on to SAP from teh Server Explorer as a RFC connection type.

Anything else?

Have you checked that the client is specified correctly? Default value in NCo 2.x is "0" which is not allways correct.

Note that the Server Explorer and later the Java Program for Metadata-Access use different connection technologies.
