Hai gurus,
My scenario is as follows:
1) opn 10 production
2) opn 20 inspection - where i had to inspect various in process inspection parameters like - outer dia/inner dia/ depth/height/hardness and visual check.
how to bring all these inspection characteristics into quality plan and do the inspection using QM lot.
regards,
sekar chand
Dear,
Create inspection char i.e. MIC in QS21 and other master data like sampling
Then assign the three inspection charectoristics in to operation(workcenter) in routing.
create Prod order and release. System will create INSP lot with differnt MIC
Do the inspection and proceed. You can confirm each inspection in co11n.

Hi
is this inspection is at in process level or /after GR?
ok
all these outer dia/inner dia/ depth/height/hardness and visual check. are has to create MICs
fromQS21
for each paramter you need to create each MIC(ex Outer dia separate mIC and Inner dia separete MIC)
so these MICs are assigned in task list (if insprocess CA02) or if inspection is after GR then all these MICs are assined in inspwection plan QP01.

Hello Mr Ashok and Brahmakumar,
Based on your reply my understaning is.
1) For incoming inspection i had to create a separate MIC for outer dia/inner dia/depth etc and attach the same
to respective insp method ,sampling procedure and assign individual MIC in routing as opn 20( outer dia)./
opn 30 ( inner dia)/. opn 40 ( depth) etc.
2) For Inspection after GR i had do the same and assign all the MIC in inspection plan.
pls correct if i am wrong.
But how to do the same ,if there are many MIC for in coming inspection.
waiting for your positive reply.
with regards,
sekar chand
