yes. in the same network, some part of SAP not working. the OS is Winxp.

restart Pc could be working, right?

Can you say details abot SAP system in prd.uaes.com host? Are this server 32 bit or 64 ? Are you can able work before from this PC? Provide more information ...

Hello Sergo Beradze,

yes. the SAP system in prd.uaes.com host is 32bit server. we install SAP R3 4.6c sr2 version with it.

most of time the SAP PC user can connect to SAP smoothly. but sometimes some part of sap users will get the above error message which I have posted.

according to the notes, are you saying i should open the 3GB switch on the sap server or sap GUI client?

because this case happend on SAP GUI side.

You need check logs from SAP side , try to check in SM21 or st11 --> work process log.

It's the server problem , not the GUI. Regards.
