Workflow eror while creating a shopping cart

Hi Experts

While creating a shopping cart I get this error message. No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator

In config define conditions for starting workflow - Workflow WS10000060( Workflow Without Approval Shopping Cart) has been activated.

Can you check in SWE2 your wf is active or not. just to do cross check. this wf is active or not.

Hope that you have activated only this workflow for Shopping cart BUS2121 . If you activated more than one workflow, you might set starting conditions which workflow must trigger.

for testing deactivate other wf .keep only this wf is active.it must work.
