BI Reports issues

Hi Gurus,

Currently we are working on SCM 5.0

We have extracted data from Planning Area to APO BW & then further to External BI. In APO DP, we have created Fiscal Year variant which started from Apr. & end with March which contain 12 posting period. e.g. start from APR 2008 & end with March 2009.

My problem is that whenever i created report from BI, i found Posting period like below

If i use Key for posting period then,

P01.2008 P02.2008 P03.2008............P12.2008 ( Client dont want to see this in to Reports)

If we use Text instead of Key then Posting period are like below,

APR.2008 MAY.2008 JUN.2008 JUL.2008.......JAN.2008 FEB.2008 MAR.2008 . Client want to see in this fashion but JAN,FEB & MAR should contain next yeat , i mean 2009.

How can solve this problem?

Hello Sujay,

You can hide the Fiscal year key figure and use the 0Calmonth for the display purpose in your report.

I hope this will solve your problem.

Thanks for your reply.

As you said use calmonth of display purpose but we have not checked month check box in storage bucket profile,Hence it has not came in Planning Area. So in our data source there is no such time char. calmonth & further in info cube.

If i am wrong can you explian me in detail or can you suggest me another way to achive our rquirement?
