when i conformed the queue i got an erorr the

"CRTs missing in the queue"

the below is the queue status:::

Phase ADDON_CONFLICTS_?: Explanation of Errors

Conflicts were found between the Support Packages that you want to

import and the Add-Ons installed in the system. To guarantee the

consistency of your system, the import is interrupted until all Conflict

Resolution Transports (CRTs) for the listed Support Packages are

included in the queue.

To include the CRTs in the queue, proceed as follows:

- Write down the Support Packages and Add-Ons that have conflicts.

- Leave this screen by choosing 'Cancel' (F12).

- Load the CRTs for the Support Packages with conflicts from the SAP

Service Marketplace or request them from your Add-On supplier.

- Define the extended queue again in the Support Package Manager.

- Import the queue. The Support Package Manager executes all steps from

the beginning.

If the problem involves an SAP Add-On, see SAP Note 53902, which tells

you which CRTs resolve the conflicts. Otherwise contact the supplier of

your Add-On for details on how to proceed.

The following contains a table of Support Packages for each Add-On for

which conflicts were detected. The column 'Information on the Conflict

Resolution' specifies how you can resolve a conflict. For more

information, select the corresponding 'Information for the Conflict

Resolution'.

I think theres something missing that needs to go in prior those patches... Click on Goto -> Queue calculation log and check if one of the requirements is missing.

Hi Aravind,

goto http://service.sap.com/patches -> "Entry by application Group"

-> Support Packages and Patches -> SAP Technology Components -> SAP SOLUTION MANAGER SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.0 -> Entry by Component -> Solution Manager ABAP Stack - > ST 400

There you will find this CRT

SAR SAPKITL425 ST 400: Patch 0015, CRT for SAPKB70014 and SAPKU50011 Info 82359 06.02.2008

You have to

1. reset the current queue and

2. Delete the current queue (select Display/Define button and then u select SP and delete icon)

3. Define New Queue. (In here do not forget to add the CRT just downloaded)

4. Run

this should make it run.

Hola a todos:

Este problema lo he resuleto facilmente, despues de haber investigado mucho acerca del error.

Los pasos son los siguientes:

1. Descargar desde http://service.sap.com la actualización del componente ST-SER 700_2006_1 ó 2 a ST-SER 700_2007_1.

2. Instalar el Add-On con la transaccion SAINT (ST-SER 700_2007_1)

3. Intentar nuevamente con el Support Package ST 400 15 (SAPKITL425) y sus pre-requisitos.

Buena suerte!!!!!
